Employer Assistance
If your business is seeking new employees, you may choose to list the job openings with the Enterprise Zone office. We will ensure your listing is placed with our partners at the Foothill Employment and Training Connection (FETC) Workforce Development One Stop Center. Job seekers will contact the business directly to apply or schedule an interview. While you will do the final selection and actual hiring of employees, resources from the FETC may be available to assist in recruitment and pre-screening of candidates (based on criteria you provide on the Job Order Form). Although we cannot guarantee the available positions will be filled, the Foothill Employment and Training Connection is ranked among top performing employment and training agencies in the State of California.
