Wedding Photography at City Hall

Permits are no longer required for wedding photography.  Wedding parties are free to take photos at City Hall; however, any permitted special events, official City Hall activities or permitted film production shoots may reserve City Hall areas and ask all other parties to vacate the premises.  The City does not coordinate wedding photo sessions with other activities at City Hall.  These activities are at your own risk.  If you do wish to reserve City Hall and have a complete lock down on activities here, you would be required to file for a regular commercial film production permit at $4,500 a day plus a building monitor or police officer at $75 hr/ 6 hour minimum.

NOTE:  Photographers and private parties are to be mindful not to obstruct walkways, stairwells and other public areas at City Hall during open business hours or be rude to City Hall staff and visitors.  Otherwise, the City reserves the right to mitigate any dangers to public safety and may call law enforcement to have parties vacate the premises.
