To apply, an application form must be completed and submitted to the Business Services Section located at 100 N. Garfield Ave. N106  Pasadena, CA 91109.

Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Monday through Friday (closed on weekends and holidays). APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN PERSON. Applications for parking permits will not be accepted through the mail, by phone, via fax machine or the Internet.
