The Treasury & Cash Management Division provides investment management of all the City's operating funds including the General Fund, Water and Power Funds, and Pasadena Community Development Corporation (PCDC) and other affiliated agencies; portfolio of investments; and bond issues in accordance with the City's investment policy, the State Government Code and the bond indentures. In addition, this division provides financial analysis and planning, actuarial analysis and cash flows relating to the funding of the Fire and Police Retirement System, and provides financial management services to PCDC relating to various redevelopment project, financial reporting, monitoring of tax increment, lease and loan revenues. This division also provides Citywide cashiering services, processes utility payments, collection of delinquent accounts, and handles all aspects of the business licenses and parking citations functions.
