LIST OF AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING PROJECTS

This is a list of privately-owned affordable rental housing developments located in the City of Pasadena which contain dwelling units with rent and income restrictions. The 44 projects on this list, comprising a total of 2,173 affordable rental housing units,, were built with government (federal, state, county, local) assistance and/or as a requirement of the City’s development entitlement process. These housing developments, however, are not managed or operated by the City of Pasadena.

Please contact the manager/owner of the housing project in which you are interested for vacancy status, application procedures, qualifying income levels, rent limits, and other information.
