     monitoring organizational structure, conducting department
     reclassification audits and reorganizations.

Compensation:
     Ensure compensation is competitive in the marketplace through
     salary surveying and participate in the wide variety of Salary
     Resolutions and Memoranda of Understanding (MOU's).

Benefits Administration:
     Manage and provide employee benefits for employees. Benefits
     include retirement, health, dental, vision, life insurance, deferred
     compensation, flex spending accounts and employee health
     fairs and open enrollments.
