This program offers adults (ages 18+) with learning disabilities the opportunities to plan and implement various recreational projects, trips, and activities for themselves.

is held at Victory Park (2575 Paloma St. Pasadena)
from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Pre-Registration Required is required/contact Jackie Scott. Recreational outings and other special activities are included for participants.
Special fees or donations may be requested in addition to the registration fees.
Art Program
– ($20.00 for a ten
week session)
Victory Park, 2575 Paloma Street, Pasadena
This program provides art programs for all adults,
with and without disabilities. Instructors
include an art specialist
and a contract staff assistant, funded by the City
of Pasadena/Human Services and Recreation
Department. Participants will explore their
artistic skills through drawing
and writing. Materials and supplies are
included in the fee. PRE- REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
FOR THIS PROGRAM AND INTERESTED PERSONS SHOULD CALL

held on Wednesday evenings from
6:00-7:30 p.m.
Interact Program ($25.00 for a ten week session)
The group offers an opportunity for adults with disabilities to plan recreation
activities/outings for themselves each week.
This program is from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. on Saturdays at
Victory Park. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS

Cooperative Dances/ Special Events with Ability
First
In cooperation with the City of Pasadena/Human
Services and Recreation’s Adaptive Recreation
program, Ability First (formerly Crippled Children’s
Society) are providing a series of Friday Night
Socials . Participants are REQUIRED to join Pioneer
or Interact program or interested persons need to
