PAL Program The Pasadena Police Department's Police Activities League has been growing since the summer of '97. The program offers a positive alternative to middle school and high school students in the Pasadena Unified School district. The PAL program is operated from the Community Youth Center at the Salvation Army located at 960 East Walnut Street. Some of the activities will include, martial arts, tutoring, computer classes, field trips and summer camps.
