Allendale Park
is located at 1130 South Marengo Avenue
across from Blair High School and
adjacent to Allendale Elementary. Hours
of operation are from 6:00 am to 10:00
pm. The size of the park is 2.9 acres.
Major park attractions include: one
softball diamond with lights and
bleachers (300 capacities); one lighted
multi-purpose field suitable for youth
soccer; and one tennis court with
lights. Additional facilities include: 5
picnic tables; benches; parking lot;
open grass area with trees; outfield use
for soccer; playground equipment;
restrooms; drinking fountains; and
branch library.

Brenner Park
is located at 235 Barthe Drive on the
corner of Mountain Street and Barthe
Drive. Hours of operation are from 6:00
am to 10:00 pm. The size of the park is
1.7 acres. A neighborhood park, which
contains one softball diamond for day
use with bleacher seating for 72
spectators; one lighted tennis court;
and one lighted basketball court; a
small open play area; a tot lot; picnic
tables, some with canopies; restrooms;
and drinking fountains.

Brookside Park
is located at 360 North Arroyo
Boulevard. Hours of operation are from
6:00 am to 10:00 pm. The size of the
park is 61.1 acres. Pasadena’s largest
fully maintained park facility located
just south of the Rose Bowl Stadium.
Extensive parking facilities are
available off Arroyo Boulevard. The
north section of the park contains one
lighted regulation baseball diamond with
seating for 4,200 and restrooms. The
central section includes two lighted
softball diamonds each with 240 seating
capacity; a large, lighted multi-purpose
field for flag football and soccer; a
speaker’s platform with permanent
seating; numerous picnic tables; play
area; restrooms; and drinking fountains.
Barbecue pits are available in most
picnic areas.

Central Park
is located at 275 South Raymond Avenue.
Hours of operation are from 6:00 am to
10:00 pm. The size of the park is 9.2
acres. This near downtown facility
includes six horseshoe pits; picnic
tables; rose garden; children’s
playground area; benches; restrooms and
drinking fountains. In addition, there
are two lawn bowling greens and a
clubhouse under the auspices of the
Pasadena Lawn Bowling Club, an affiliate
of the American Lawn Bowling
Association.

Defenders Park
is
located at Orange Grove Boulevard. and
Colorado Boulevard. Hours of operation
are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. The size
of the park is 1.8 acres. This small
neighborhood park on the southwest
corner provides a small, open grassy
area with some trees and shrubbery and a
drinking fountain.

Eaton Blanche Park
is located at 3100 East Del Mar
Boulevard. Hours of operation are from
6:00 am to 10:00 pm. The size of the
park is 5.5 acres. Well-developed park
located in the southeast section of the
City provides facilities which include
two lighted tennis courts; one softball
diamond; one lighted basketball court;
open grass area; playground equipment; 9
picnic tables; parking lot; and rose
garden.

Eaton Sunnyslope Park
is located on Sunnyslope Avenue and
Paloma Street. The size of the park is
1.88 acres. Hours of operation are from
6:00am to 10:00pm. This neighborhood
park provides a children’s play area;
picnic tables; drinking fountains; and
an open grass area.

Grant Park
is
located at 232 South Michigan Avenue.
Hours of operation are from 6:00 am to
10:00 pm. The size of the park is 2.5
acres. This neighborhood park is ideally
situated for use by downtown residents.
Park facilities include two lighted
tennis courts; half-basketball courts;
softball diamond; three horseshoe pits;
open grass area with several trees;
restrooms; drinking fountains; picnic
tables with canopies; barbecue pits; and
a large playground area for children.

Gwinn Park is
located at Orange Grove Boulevard and
Sunnyslope Avenue. Hours of operation
are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. The size
of the park is 2.7 acres. Neighborhood
Park situated on almost three acres of
open grass area dotted with numerous
young trees. Amenities include a picnic
table and a drinking fountain.

Hamilton Park
is
located at 3680 Cartwright Street. Hours
of operation are from 6:00 am to 10:00
pm. The size of the park is 6.4 acres.
Large community park with the following
amenities: three softball diamonds (two
with seating capacity for 400); two
lighted tennis courts; basketball court;
paved volleyball court; large
multi-purpose field for flag
football/soccer; large parking area; 2
picnic areas; children’s play area with
equipment; restrooms; and drinking
fountains.

Hahamongna Watershed Park
is
located at the Southeast corner of Oak
Grove Drive and Foothill Boulevard.
Hours of operation are from 6:00 am to
sundown. Located near Jet Propulsion
Laboratory between La Canada High School
and Altadena in Northwest Pasadena.
This 1300-acre park in the Arroyo Seco
extends from Devil’s Gate Dam north into
the San Gabriel Mountains. Facilities
include: an athletic field; 24 hole
Frisbee golf course; and an extensive
network of bridle, bicycle, and hiking
trails; a dog park; numerous picnic
areas and barbecue pits; restrooms; and
drinking fountains.

Jackie Robinson Center
is
located at 1020 North Fair Oaks Avenue.
Hours of operation are: Monday thru
Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Friday
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; closed Saturday
& Sunday. A multi-purpose social service
delivery center that provides assistance
to a culturally, economically, and
socially diverse population in the
Northwest area of Pasadena. This
community center offers the public a
variety of recreational activities and
opportunities for all age groups. The
center's building facilities include:
social recreational room; lounge;
meeting rooms; kitchen; music room;
restrooms; drinking fountains; and a
large auditorium.

Jefferson Park
is
located at 1501 East Villa Street. Park
Hours of operation are from 6:00 am to
10:00 pm. The size of the park is 4.4
acres with existing facilities that
include one lighted softball diamond
with bleacher capacity for 150 people;
small open field for soccer, flag
football, or overlay softball; lighted
basketball court; play areas; picnic
tables; benches; drinking fountains; and
a water park.

La Pintoresca Park
is located at 45 East Washington
Boulevard. Hours of operation are from
6:00 am to 10:00 pm. The size of the
park is 2.9 acres. Well established
Neighborhood Park with large trees and
open grass area. La Pintoresca Library
is also situated on site. Park
facilities include one lighted
basketball court; skate area; picnic
tables; playground area; a water park;
restrooms; and drinking fountains.

La
Casita del Arroyo Clubhouse is
located at 177 South Arroyo Boulevard on
the east bank of the Lower Arroyo.
Seating capacity is 80, with tables and
chairs available. Other features
include: large fireplace; kitchen;
restrooms; and large parking lot. The
surrounding area is well landscaped and
terraced and overlooks a portion of the
Lower Arroyo Park.

Lower Arroyo Park Area
located west of Arroyo Boulevard
stretching from the Holly Street Bridge
to Pasadena’s southern City limits and
encompassing over 70 acres. Hours of
operation are from 6:00 am to sundown.
This natural preserve area is used for
activities which require an outdoor,
rustic-type setting. Recreation
activities available include: one
archery range; one bridle path; several
cross-country trails; lighted casting
pool; large parking lot; and benches. In
addition, the Pasadena Casting Club,
Inc. and the Pasadena Roving Archers,
Inc operate at the park. For information

Memorial Park
is located at 85 East Holly Street.
Hours of operation are from 6:00 am to
10:00 pm. The size of the park is 5.3
acres. One of the older parks in the
City, this site is situated near Old
Pasadena. The park is characterized by
extensive shrubbery, landscaping, large
trees and monuments. Other facilities
include: band shell and seating capacity
of 400: picnic facilities; benches;
large open grass area; exercise walk;
restrooms; and drinking fountains.
Located in the park is the Pasadena
Senior Center operated for and by
Pasadena’s senior citizen population.
The Center’s program of activities is
planned, organized, and carried out by

McDonald Park
is located at 1000 East Mountain
Street. Hours of operation are from 6:00
am to 10:00 pm. The size of the park is
4.8 acres. Small neighborhood park with
features that include: one basketball,
volleyball, and a two sided handball
court; one softball diamond; open grass
area; picnic facilities; benches and a
pergola; restrooms; playground
equipment; and drinking fountains.

Robinson Park
is
located at 1081 North Fair Oaks Avenue.
Hours of operation are from 6:00 am to
10:00 pm. The size of the park is 7.0
acres. Park area features include: four
lighted basketball courts; open field
suitable for flag football or soccer;
two lighted softball diamonds with
bleachers; roller skating rink; picnic
area; restrooms; and drinking fountains.

Robinson Park Center
is
located at 1081 North Fair Oaks Avenue.
Hours of operation are: Monday thru
Thursday from 9:00 a.m. till 9:00 p.m.
Friday from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.
Saturday from 9:30 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.
The center is closed on Sundays. This
community center facility offers the
public a variety of recreational
activities and opportunities for all age
groups. The center's building facilities
include: one large gymnasium; social
recreational room; lounge; arcade area;
meeting room; kitchen; music room;
restrooms; drinking fountains; and
swimming pool (summer operation only).
San Rafael Park
is
located at the corner of Colorado
Boulevard and Melrose Avenue. Hours of
operation are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The size of the park is 0.90 acres.

consisting of benches; grass area;
playground equipment; picnic facilities;
and drinking fountain.

Singer Park
is located at the corner of California
Boulevard and St. John Avenue. Hours of
operation are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The size of the park is 2.9 acres. Small
neighborhood park with open grass area
containing many well-established trees
and rose beds. Other facilities include:
children’s play area; picnic tables;
benches; restrooms and drinking
fountain.

Victory Park
is
located at 2575 Paloma Street. Hours of
operation are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The size of the park is 24.6 acres. Park
area includes; a large children’s play
area; three softball diamonds with
bleachers and lights; one baseball
diamond with lights; one multi-purpose
lit field suitable for soccer or flag
football; sand volleyball court; large
parking lot; picnic areas; restrooms;
and drinking fountains.

Victory Park Center
is located at 2575 Paloma Street. Hours
of operation are: Monday thru Thursday
7:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.; Friday 8:00 a.m.
- 5:00 p.m.; Saturday& Sunday 9:30 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m. This park/center facility
offers the public a variety of
recreational activities and
opportunities. Center building
facilities include small meeting room
with kitchen; social recreational room;
all-purpose meeting room; large
gymnasium; restroom, and drinking
fountains.
Villa Parke
is located at 363 East Villa Street.
Hours of operation are from 6:00 am to
10:00 pm. The size of the park is 8.1
acres. This park is located near the
downtown district. Park area includes;
lit softball diamond with bleachers; one
regulation soccer field with lights;
multi-purpose field; patio area;
swimming pool (open during summer months
only); four basketball backboards;
picnic tables; grass area with trees;
parking lot; children’s play area;
restrooms; and drinking fountains.

Villa-Parke Community Center
is
located at 363 East Villa Street in
Northwest Pasadena. Hours of operation
are: Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to
9:00 p.m.; Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m.; closed on Sunday. The Center has a
total building area of 41,475 square
feet, including a large auditorium with
stage and storage area,
social/recreation room, weight room,
boxing room, teen facility meeting
rooms, senior room, several small
meeting rooms, two kitchens, lounge, and
a gymnasium with showers and dressing
rooms. The Center occupants include
numerous community service type agencies
and organizations.
Vina Vieja Park
is located at 3026 East Orange Grove
Boulevard, near Eaton Sunnyslope Park.
Hours of operation are from 6:00 am to
10:00 pm. The size of the park is 7.5
acres. This park provides a large picnic
shelter; 3 additional picnic areas; and
a dog park divided into two sections for
large dogs and small dogs.

Washington Park
is
located at the corner of Washington
Boulevard and El Molino Avenue. Hours of
operation are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The size of the park is 5.5 acres. Large
well-established neighborhood park with
wide variety of facilities. Park is
divided by a small natural ravine, or
stream bed, affording a unique play
environment for children. Park
facilities include: two separate picnic
areas; small parking lot; two lighted
tennis courts; one lighted basketball
court; two one-wall handball courts; one
small softball diamond; small open grass
area surrounded by trees; children’s
play area with equipment; restroom; and
drinking fountains.

Wrigley Gardens
is located at 391 South Orange Grove
Boulevard. These beautifully maintained
gardens and grounds surrounding the
Tournament of Roses headquarters
building were formerly part of the
Wrigley family estate. The impressive
mansion and lovely gardens were given to
the City by the William Wrigley Estate
in 1961. The Gardens are available for
photography sessions each year between
the months of February and July.
