ITennis has the vision of returning the City of Pasadena to the forefront of the tennis world. In prior years, the City of Pasadena buzzed with tennis action. Former World Champion, Pancho Segura conducted clinics on the courts in Pasadena and produced a series of accomplished players including Pasadena High School Alum and Wimbledon winner, Stan Smith. Top pros like Billie Jean King were frequent visitors to the City’s courts and activities like pro-ams and fundraisers blossomed. The City’s Junior Tournament attracted the best jr. players from throughout Southern California. ITennis director, John Letts a former United States National Junior champion, Standford All-American and ATP touring pro whose experience includes practicing intellectual property law, coaching tennis and facility management. ITennis is set to provide a platform for junior players to excel but also to offer a diverse recreational program that introduces thousands of new players to the sport of a lifetime.
