Washington Park is located at 700 Washington Blvd. on the corner of El Molino and Washington Blvd. The park has many picnic areas and is ideal for family celebrations, company and special events. Please call Park Services Specialist, Antonio Sorcini at (626) 744-4724 (message number).
All programs are offered on a drop-in basis and are open to all ages. (Children five years and under should be accompanied by a parent or guardian). Adults are encouraged to participate in al programs and activities and volunteers are welcome at all sites.
The parks have several picnic areas which are ideal for family celebrations, company and special events (a permit may be required). In the event of inclement weather, all activities are cancelled. The program offer seasonal sports such as basketball, softball, flag football, volleyball, and soccer, as well as nature, arts and crafts, special community events, field trips, and just fun!
Spring Program
Includes basketball, baseball, flag football, soccer and track and field events. these events are open to boys and girls ages 8 & up. Art & crafts classes are open to all ages. Tuesday-Friday 2:30-6:00 p.m. and Saturday 12:00-4:00 p.m.
Summer Program
Includes field trips (some entrance fees will be collected where applicable). Special guests and guest groups will be invited to teach classes and give demonstration. Children under 6 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
