Reference Question Request Form

Library staff will make every attempt to respond to your question within three days of receipt, Monday through Friday. Requests received Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be handled as if submitted on Monday.

More complex local history questions may require two weeks and obituary requests take approximately three weeks. Non-local history questions that involve extensive research are limited to people who live, work, or own property in Pasadena.
