Please note that some questions may require additional time for research and consultation. Complex questions may take up to two weeks. Obituary requests may take up to three weeks. We research all Pasadena-related questions. We will research other topics for people who live, work, or own property in Pasadena. If your question requires extended research, we will work with you to establish a reasonable timeframe to ensure a complete response.
