How to Get a PIN
To establish a PIN, please bring your library card to any Pasadena Public Library location. PINs cannot be issued over the phone.
Reset PIN
You can change your PIN anytime by accessing the "Profile" section under the "My Account" tab.
Forgot PIN
In general your PIN is the last 4 digits of the home telephone number you gave us when you registered for a library card. Should you have any trouble accessing your account you may call Circulation Services at (626)744-4066, option 3, or visit any Library for assistance.
