Applications in Sequential Order
Permit applications, forms and miscellaneous applications.

Applications appear in the order of our review and approval process with a contact phone number (our area code is 626) if you have any questions. Our hours to assist you are 8:00 am - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 am - 12:00 p.m. on Friday. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and printout these documents. If you are unable to download the application due to technical constraints, you may call the contact for that application and have it either mailed or faxed to you.

All applications must be filled out completely and submitted to the Permit Center with applicable fees. The Master Application is required for all legislative applications. If your project requires more than one legislative application, you will only need to fill out the Master Application once. All supplemental applications will need to be filled out as required.
