Storm Water Pollution Prevention Regulation Thresholds (SUSMP)


Does the proposed project fall into one of the following categories?

  1. Ten (10) or more unit housing project.

  2. Industrial, commercial, or institutional facility (5,000 s/f or more – New construction, addition, or replacement)

  3. An automotive service facility (5,000 s/f or more – New construction or addition)

  4. Retail gasoline outlet (5,000 s/f or more – New construction or addition; Underground storage tank replacement)

  5. Restaurant (5,000 s/f or more – New construction or addition)

  6. Parking lot with either 5,000 s/f of impervious surface or with 25 or more parking spaces.

This project will require the preparation of a Standard Urban Storm water Mitigation Plan
