PROJECT TITLE: All Saints Episcopal Church Master Development Plan

PROJECT ADDRESS: 132 North Euclid Avenue. The project site is bordered by two major streets – Walnut Street to the north and Euclid Avenue to the west

  Demolition of a commercial building (1,487 square feet), a building used for Sunday School/day care purposes (Scott Hall 6,195 square feet) and a Trailer used for office and meeting space (1,800 square feet); Interior renovation of the existing Regas House and Rectory buildings; Construction of a multiple-story, three building complex with an area of approximately 39,000 square feet; Construction of a subterranean level that will include an additional area of approximately 12,500 square feet for storage, offices, and mechanical equipment; and Provision of parking for 120 vehicles in a subterranean level and 17 vehicles on a surface parking lot. The project includes a two-story building (Building A: West Building) with offices, conference rooms (social hall with kitchen) and a kitchen for an outdoor cafe; a two-level assembly building (Building B: Forum - alternate worship); and a three-story building (Building C: East Building) that will house a youth program, daycare, and classroom areas. The outdoor spaces include a café on the north side of the West Building, a courtyard/garden area, and a basketball court / surface parking lot.
