HOTEL REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS 

OVERVIEW

The City is soliciting interest in the development of a new full service hotel on the Pasadena Convention Center block. This RFQ seeks responses from highly qualified and financially capable development teams for the design, financing, construction and operation of a high quality full service hotel ("Project"). It is anticipated that the development team will include the hotel operator, developer, and financial partner.

RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS

PRE-SUBMISSION CONFERENCE:

The pre-submission conference will assemble at City Hall for an initial meeting, followed by a two block walk to the site for a tour.
