  • Western Asset Plaza (2003):  255,000 s.f. office building with ground floor retail/commercial uses.

  • Civic Center/Mid-Town District Public Improvements Projects (2003):  Plans for streetscape improvements to the Civic Center District, including Centennial Square.  Improvements include street and sidewalk paving, street lighting, trees, benches, trash receptacles, bollards, public art and signage.  

  • Paseo Colorado (2002): 500,000 s.f. retail commercial center with 400 residential apartments on a 3-block project site in the civic Center District

  • Playhouse District Streetscapes. Walkways & Alleys Project (1998-2003):    Streetscape improvements to the Playhouse District including street and sidewalk paving, street lighting, trees, benches, trash receptacles, bollards, public art and signage . Phase I nearly complete.  Phase 2 to be undertaken with an MTA Grant beginning in late 2003.

  • Playhouse Parking Study (2000 and 2003).  Study to identify existing parking, utilization, and circulation needs on a future build-out for the District.

  • Heritage Walk Condominiums (2000).  38 Condominium Units with 18 moderate-income affordable units.

  • 507-509 Cypress Avenue (1999).  Rehabilitation of an existing house and construction of one unit of affordable housing.

  • 456 Cypress AvenueRelocation of single family residence/rehabilitation and sale to low-income family.  Completed 1999

  • TELACU Courtyard Apartments (1998):  75 unit Senior Housing Project
