(Old Pasadena Redevelopment Project Area)


New construction of a four-story, mixed-use development with 8,836 square feet retail on Green Street, office and 61 condominium units over a 2 level subterranean parking garage with 179 parking spaces for commercial and residential use.  Project will keep the existing Friends Paper Company building as part of the development.  Combination of two project sites, owned by Worldwide Church of God and Larsen & Friend Family Trusts.

Pre-Development Plan Review held on May 21, 2003.  Tentative Tract Map submitted on October 22, 2003.  Concept Design approved on January 14, 2004.
