Construction of a mixed-use development with 9,700 square feet of ground floor retail and 146 residential units with 12 affordable units.  Parking:  505 proposed parking spaces, on grade and 3 subterranean parking levels, including 200 public parking spaces for the Playhouse District.  Site area:  65, 054 square feet.  Project area:  168,000 square feet total building area.
