I. Hiring Credit Forms

Voucher Application

To determine if an employee qualifies under the Hiring Credit Program, the employee must be full-time or part-time and perform 50% of their work within an Enterprise Zone. Upon reviewing a completed application, if an employee check “Yes” to any of the questions, please provide any of the following supporting documentation.

A completed voucher application submittal will contain the following documents:
1. Voucher Application
2. Supporting Documentation
3. Voucher Processing Fee Check endorsed to “The City of Pasadena.” The Voucher Processing Fee is $99.00 per application. The Voucher Processing Fee collected by the City of Pasadena provides funds for the Storefront Improvement Program.

Effective August 1, 2008, the City Council approved to increase the Voucher Processing Fee to $102.00 per application. Any voucher applications received on or after August 1st with the incorrect voucher fee will be returned to sender.

IV. GIS Shape File Form

The City of Pasadena can provide GIS shape files for the 1992 and 2007 Enterprise Zones. To obtain these files, please fill out the GIS Waiver Form.
