Police employees are responsible for treating people with dignity and respect. If you feel that your experience does not measure up to this value, the Police Department wants to know.

If you suspect police misconduct, you can report it in one of several ways:

  • Phone the Watch Commander: (626) 744-4620

  • Request a supervisor respond to your location

  • Respond to the Police Department and request a complaint form which may be completed and left at the station. Or, fill out and turn the form in at a area community center, or mail the completed form to the Chief of Police at 207 N. Garfield Ave, Pasadena, CA 91101.

  • Make comment directly to the Chief of Police via the Department’s website:

         Email the Chief of Police

Although complaints may be submitted anonymously, we strongly encourage you to provide us with contact information. This will assist the department in effectively resolving your issue and to share the outcome of any investigation with you.
