Police Assistant’s were given total evidence duties including all but
the most major scenes.
-

major cases (no exceptions). Routine scenes still handled by P.A.’s.
-
1993,
the Forensic Services Unit is expanded to 8 and ALL physical evidence at
ALL crime scenes becomes the total responsibility of the Unit.
-
