The purpose of this document is to explain the strategic planning process, explore the challenges of the future and to identify the police department's goals and objectives for the next five years. 

Your police department will be a leader in the law enforcement community, serving as a beacon of excellence, innovation, and integrity in all that we do.

There are many challenges ahead. Through the efforts of community members, and police department employees, combined with the strategic planning and preparation, we will continue to look forward and overcome each obstacle and obtain our vision.

The great Vince Lombardi once said, "While pursuing perfection, you will bump into excellence" It is this attitude that we will promote over the next five years.
