The City of Pasadena Public Health Laboratory is dedicated to safeguarding the public’s health by collaborating with a variety of program partners in

The Public Health Laboratory is CLIA certified and accredited in performing bacteriology, parasitology, serology, toxicology and general immunology.

The Public Health Laboratory is equipped to test for diseases, disease-causing parasites, bacteria, drugs and alcohol.

Walk-In Hours and Appointments

The Public Health Laboratory is open for walk-in testing M-F 8:00 am - 11:00 am and 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm.

Closed on alternating Fridays.  Please see the City Calendar for holidays and closed Fridays.
