Description of Services

Case management, educational services including social support and empowerment classes, and outreach to at-risk pregnant and parenting African-American women and their families.  Medical and psychosocial referral services and assistance are available to clients in areas such as finding a prenatal care doctor, health insurance, WIC nutritional programs, substance abuse and domestic violence programs.    

 

Eligibility

 Pregnant and parenting African-American women of childbearing age and are over 18.  Teens may be eligible.  No fees for services, clients with Medi-Cal are accepted.

Hours:

Monday- Thursday                    8:00 am - 5:30 pm

Friday                                     8:00 am - 4:30 pm             alternate Fridays closed
