All clients MUST BRING THE CHILD’S IMMUNIZATION CARD to be seen. (please include that info in more than one spot (about the Immunization card).

What if I have private insurance?

Although we do not take private insurance, you may pay the cash fee of $10.00 per immunization or skin test or $60.00 for physical exams.  

If I have Medical, will I have to pay?

If you qualify for Medical there will be no cost to you.
