Raymond Ave to SR 110 Connector
 

Description:
  • Widen Glenarm Street between Fair Oaks Avenue & SR 110
  • Construct an at-grade on-ramp from eastbound Glenarm Street to Southbound SR 110
  • Widen SR 110 to provide a merging lane
Benefits:
  • Reduces congestion & improves traffic flow in the SR 710 corridor
  • Encourages the use of Raymond Avenue , which is currently underutilized
  • Facilitates Raymond Avenue & Fair Oaks Avenue to access to SR 110
Completed Project:
After on-going construction is completed, the following lane configuration will be in place.
  • Two lanes of traffic in each direction on Glenarm Street between Arroyo Parkway and Raymond Avenue
  • Two lanes of eastbound traffic and one lane of westbound traffic on Glenarm Street between Raymond Avenue and Fair Oaks Avenue
  • Free right turn lane from eastbound Glenarm Street onto southbound 110 Freeway
  • Left turn lanes for eastbound traffic onto Raymond Avenue and Arroyo Parkway from Glenarm Street
  • Left turn lane for westbound traffic at Fair Oaks Avenue from Glenarm Avenue
