PASADENA, Calif.—A citywide DUI saturation patrol will take place on Friday, July 26, from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.
“We are committed to DUI enforcement, and want everyone to stay safe when enjoying our many dining and entertainment establishments throughout the city,” said Traffic Section Lieutenant Mark Goodman. A DUI is completely preventable. Pasadena Police Department urges people to designate a sober driver or utilize one of many safe ride home options available, including taxi and ride-share services.
Funding for this DUI operation is provided by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
