Non-potable Water Project Meeting Dec. 6

Last February, the City Council certified the Environmental Impact Report for the Non-Potable (Recycled) Water Project. During the public hearing, concerned residents along the planned pipeline route suggested two alternative routes. Free Christmas Tree Recycling!
