PASADENA, Calif.—The City of Pasadena and the Black History Planning Committee are pleased to announce that the 41st annual Black History Parade and Festival will be held on Saturday, Feb. 18, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Over 80 parade entries will highlight this year’s theme, “Celebrating our Excellence—The Legacy of Councilmember John J.
