City of Pasadena Cancels All Non-Essential City-Sponsored Events

Pasadena Identifies First Confirmed Case of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

PASADENA, Calif.—The City of Pasadena Public Health Department (PPHD) has confirmed the first case of novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in a Pasadena resident. This individual was known to have close contact with a confirmed case outside of Pasadena, and has been in quarantine since the exposure occurred. Pasadena Declares Public Health Emergency for COVID-19 Response

PASADENA, Calif.—On March 4, City of Pasadena Public Health Officer Dr. Ying-Ying Goh declared a Local Public Health Emergency to empower the City to more effectively respond to the novel coronavirus disease, COVID-19.
