PASADENA, Calif.—Throughout the month of May, Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) is promoting water awareness through educational events, facility tours and the reaffirmation of the summer outdoor watering schedule. Pasadena’s One-Day-Per-Week Outdoor Watering Schedule Continues as Regional Drought Emergency Declared for All of Southern California

PASADENA Calif.—Preparing for a fourth consecutive dry year, Metropolitan Water District’s (MWD) board of directors declared a regional drought emergency for all of Southern California and called upon water agencies to immediately reduce their use of imported supplies. One Day Per Week Outdoor Watering Schedule in Effect Sept. 1

PASADENA, Calif.—Effective Sept. 1, the Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) service area is under a one day per week outdoor irrigation schedule. The watering schedule allows even-numbered street addresses to water on Mondays and odd-numbered street addresses to water on Tuesdays. City Council Approves Alternating Water Schedule To Address Drought

PASADENA, Calif.—On Monday, Aug. 16, the Pasadena City Council unanimously approved the proposal to implement the Level 2 Water Supply Shortage Plan under the Pasadena Municipal Code and to establish a voluntary water reduction target of 15%, which aligns with the state’s reduction goal.
