PASADENA, Calif.—Officers from Pasadena Police Department’s DUI Enforcement Team will be deploying this weekend to stop and arrest alcohol- and drug-impaired drivers as part of an ongoing traffic safety campaign. PASADENA, Calif.—Officers from Pasadena Police Department will be out on the evening of Friday, July 12, looking for drivers suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. DUI saturation patrols will take place in areas with high frequencies of DUI collisions and/or arrests. In 2017, 1,120 people were killed in alcohol-involved crashes on California roads. 19 Arrests Made at DUI/Driver's License Checkpoint

PASADENA, Calif.—On Friday, March 22, Pasadena Police Department conducted a DUI/driver’s license checkpoint at Arroyo Parkway and Cordova Street. The checkpoint was conducted between the hours of 7 p.m. and 3 a.m. In total, 19 arrests were made over the duration of the checkpoint. Fourteen people were arrested for being unlicensed or driving with a suspended driver’s license.
