City Announces Modifications to Tenant Protection Ordinance

PASADENA, Calif.—Effective July 13, 2019, the City of Pasadena Tenant Protection Ordinance (TPO) is modified to provide greater tenant protections. The ordinance, which was adopted in 2004 and amended in 2017, requires landlords to provide relocation benefits to tenants who are displaced under specific circumstances.
