Additional Police Officers on Patrol St. Patrick's Day

PASADENA, Calif.—Pasadena Police Department's Traffic Section will have extra officers on patrol the evening of Friday, March 17, ready to stop and arrest drivers suspected of driving under the influence. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), St. Patrick’s Day is one of the deadliest times on our nation’s roads. In 2020, more than 11,000 people in the U.S. died in drunk-driving crashes. Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Operation and DUI Saturation Patrols Planned for Friday, Dec. 2

PASADENA, Calif.—Pasadena Police Department will conduct a traffic safety operation Friday, Dec. 2, focused on the most dangerous driving behaviors that put the safety of bikers and pedestrians at risk. These driving violations include speeding, making illegal turns, failing to yield or provide right-of-way to bicyclists or pedestrians, and failing to stop for signs and signals.
