PASADENA, Calif.—The Pasadena Outreach Response Team (PORT) is receiving $900,000 through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), a division of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, via Congressional Directive Spending allocated by Congressmember Judy Chu (CA-28). New Pasadena Outreach Response Team (PORT) Gives Hope to Homeless

PASADENA, Calif.—The Pasadena Public Health Department (PPHD), in partnership with Pasadena Fire Department, has launched the Pasadena Outreach Response Team (PORT). This project is supported through a grant from the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) for a period of five years.
