The City of Pasadena street sweeping program consists of 38 separate or individual routes. The majority of routes are swept every two weeks. The Street Maintenance and Integrated Waste Management division is responsible for the maintenance of the storm drains in the City. The LA County Flood Control District also has some drains that run through our City. Catch basins are area drains where surface water enters the storm drain system.
