  The Street Maintenance and Integrated Waste Management division is responsible for the maintenance of the storm drains in the City.    The LA County Flood Control District also has some drains that run through our City.  Catch basins are area drains where surface water enters the storm drain system.  Should you have any questions regarding drains or catch basins, please contact the Citizen Service Center at 626-744-7311
