Description
The Pasadena Oversight Board had fiduciary responsibilities to the holders of enforceable obligations with the former Agency and to the taxing entities that benefit from the distribution of property taxes as a result of the dissolution of the former Agency.
Effective July 1, 2018, all local Oversight Boards in Los Angeles County were consolidated into one of five Oversight Boards organized by Supervisorial District. Each Consolidated Oversight Board has jurisdiction over each Successor Agency located within its borders.
The Pasadena Oversight Board was placed under the jurisdiction of the Fifth District Consolidated Oversight Board.
