When the City of Pasadena proclaimed a Local State of Emergency, Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) suspended all water and power shutoffs for accounts that are in delinquent status during the Emergency period. This also includes the suspension of late fees that would have accrued during the Emergency period. Currently, the City’s Emergency became effective March 17, 2020 and goes until further notice.
