COVID-19 Letter

March 17, 2020

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

Your safety and well-being is always our priority, and we recognize the important role we have in providing you with accurate information and resources during this public health crisis. The City of Pasadena is actively monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation and taking steps to help keep our community safe.

The City has a dedicated team of professionals who are working hard and smart to ensure the continuation of critical city services. We are closely monitoring updates from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) regarding COVID-19. We will continue to seek guidance from these agencies, public health officials and government agencies on an ongoing basis.

In uncertain times like these, the role of our office is incredibly important to disseminate accurate information. We are in contact with the large hospital systems, school district and government agencies to ensure you have the latest information available. Access current news and updates on our District 3 website at http://www.cityofpasadena.net/district3/, or the City’s website, http://www.cityofpasadena.net/.

We are taking every reasonable step and precaution to protect the health of our families, neighbors and visitors.  Thank you for your continued support as we manage through this challenging time together.

Cordially,

John J. Kennedy
