Pasadena’s Housing Element requires the review of the City’s existing accessory dwelling unit regulations. An accessory dwelling unit (commonly known as a "second unit") is a separate residential unit that is either attached to or detached from the primary unit on a single-family residential lot. City's Black History Parade Is Rescheduled for Saturday March 18th

Pasadena’s 35th annual Black History Month Parade has been rescheduled to Saturday, March 18, 2017.  The City’s Black History Month Parade is one of the largest and oldest in the United States.  This year’s theme is “35 Years—Recognizing Our Accomplishments, Still We Rise.” The parade begins at 10 a.m. at Charles White Park in Altadena, heads south on Fair Oaks Avenue and ends by about 1 p.m. at Robinson Park, 1081 N. Fair Oaks Ave.
