CalAssist Mortgage Fund — grants up to $20 000 (covers up to three mortgage payments). CalAssist application

SBA Disaster Loans — call 1-800-659-2955 or apply online at SBA Disaster Loan Portal .
Temporary Tenant-Protection Ordinance (adopted Mar 27 2025) — eviction defence through Jul 31 2025 for income-eligible tenants. Download the ordinance and the self-certification form.
