For those affected by the fire, the City and several community organizations are coordinating mutual aid relief. Below is a dynamic list of resources.

Planning & Community Development Department

Residents affected by the recent windstorm and wildfires can book a 30-minute virtual meeting with the Planner-of-the-Day to obtain zoning information on tree removals and repairing or rebuilding damaged fences and structures. This service is offered to help facilitate the process for making necessary repairs to your property.

LA Region Small Business Relief Fund

LA County, LA City, Southern California Grantmakers, and partners have launched an LA Region Small Business and Worker Relief Fund for small businesses, nonprofits, and workers impacted by the 2025 wind and wildfire disaster. The program will provide grants up to $25,000 for eligible small businesses and nonprofits and $2,000 for workers.

LA County Business to Business Space Share

LA County Business to Business Space Share: DEO and LA County’s Internal Service Department launched a free virtual exchange where organizations and individuals with available workspace can connect with displaced businesses and nonprofits by the windstorm and wildfires. Get started in donating or browsing available space and matching today here. LA County Emergency Resources for Workers and Businesses

LA Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) and partners have compiled information, programs, and resources for workers and businesses affected by the Los Angeles fires. Resources include webinars, loans (local, state, and federal), grants, financial counseling, legal services, insurance and tax information, workforce assistance, FEMA emergency relief, business technical assistance, and more.

To access virtual AJCC services, visit ajcc.lacounty.gov, call or email workforce@opportunity.lacounty.gov. Please indicate “wildfire assistance” in email subject line for both OSB and AJCC services.

Pasadena Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and Women’s Business Center (WBC)

Pasadena SBDC WBC are hosting an SBA Disaster Loan Center where business advisors will provide one-on-one advising, and disaster loan application assistance.

Starting January 14th from 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday, and 9AM-4PM Saturdays, the Pasadena City College Continuing Education Center located at 3035 E. Foothill Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91107, will be open to assist small businesses, private nonprofit (PNP) organizations, and residents who sustained economic losses and physical damages from the wildfires. Walk-ins are accepted, but you can schedule an in-person appointment in advance.

Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC) Wildfire Assistance

Visit LAEDC for information on emergency and recovery resources, business assistance, relief accommodations, mental health support, and more.

PACE Finance Corporation Disaster Express Loan Program

PACE is providing businesses flexible and affordable financial assistance to individuals, families and small businesses affected by the 2025 California Wildfires.

The City of Pasadena, City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, and the State of California has compiled a list of technical assistance resources for small businesses.
