Pasadena’s First Source Hiring Program incentivizes new development, creates and sustains jobs for Pasadena residents, and recirculates dollars in the local economy.

The Foothill Workforce Development Board (FWDB) builds relationships with businesses to understand their hiring needs and match qualified workers.  The FWDB also maintains close relationships with area schools and colleges to communicate the skills needed in the labor market.  For more information on the FWDB's programs and services, click below
