Please join Mayor Terry Tornek and Vice-Mayor Tyron Hampton at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Berkshire Creek Restoration Project.

The Berkshire Creek Area Improvement Project is an Urban Streams Restoration program that will upgrade habitat, improve public safety and restore a more natural hydrology to Berkshire Creek, which flows into the Arroyo Seco just north of Devil's Gate Dam. The Arroyo Seco Foundation, the co-sponsor of this project with the City of Pasadena Public Works Department, will grow most the plants for the habitat restoration component in nearby Hahamongna Native Plant Nursery.

The Thursday morning event will include exhibits, light refreshments, celebratory remarks, and a walk-through of the project site.
