Scheduled Public Hearing by the City Council Relating to the 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)
The City of Pasadena (City) announces that a draft copy of the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Program Year 2025 (PY25), as required by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), will be available for public review and comment commencing on September 14, 2026 and continuing through September 29, 2026. This action, if approved, is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21065 and within the meaning of State CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4) and (5).
