Precautionary Library Closure
Out of an abundance of caution and to help limit the spread of the coronavirus, Central Library and all nine (9) branch libraries will be closing effective Tuesday, March 17 and until further notice. PASADENA, Calif.—The City of Pasadena Public Health Department (PPHD) has confirmed the first case of novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in a Pasadena resident. This individual was known to have close contact with a confirmed case outside of Pasadena, and has been in quarantine since the exposure occurred.
