PROCLAMATION:
Whereas enhancement: honesty, integrity, sportsmanship, respect, confidence, responsibility, perseverance, courtesy, and judgment; and
Whereas First Tee - Greater Pasadena strengthens the community and its image by increasing cultural unity through promoting health and wellness, and strengthening safety and security by reducing juvenile crime; and
Whereas October, 2021 marks the 15 year anniversary where over 200,000 youth and families have benefited from the wide range of services, facilities and programs provided by First Tee - Greater Pasadena since its inception;
Now, Therefore I, Victor M. Gordo, Mayor of the City of Pasadena, on behalf of the City Council, do hereby proclaim October, 2021 in Pasadena as First Tee - Greater Pasadena Month.
